Do you charge sales tax?
  If we are shipping to one of the following states, we are required to collect sales tax: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin. If you are a tax exempt organization in one of these states and would like to take advantage of your tax exempt status, please contact your favorite Inspiration reseller. We cannot accept tax-exempt orders in this store.
When will my order ship?
  When selecting a shipping option, please keep in mind that web orders require 24 hours processing time, so your order will typically ship the following business day from the day it was ordered. You will receive an email when your order ships, and your credit card will not be charged until that time.
What is your return policy?
  Returns for materials purchased from Inspiration Software, Inc. cannot be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact our customer service department at customerservice@inspiration.com or call 800-877-4292 for an RMA.

For a product received via electronic delivery, a form confirming removal of the software from the PC and handheld device must be filled out, signed and mailed/faxed back to us before a credit will be issued. That form is available here.

Note: these return and refund policies apply to Inspiration Software's desktop products only. Inspiration Maps, our iPad product, is solely distributed by Apple, which sets return and refund policies for all iPad applications. Please see Apple for their policies.
Electronic delivery
  After purchasing an electronically delivered product, you will typically receive the registration code by email within 24 hours.
Money Back Guarantee
  If you are not completely satisfied, Inspiration Software, Inc. will refund your money within 60 days from the date of purchase.
